What Working With Me Looks Like

Once you’ve signed up, I’ll reach out to you via WhatsApp with a welcome message.

Using the information you’ve provided about your goals, I’ll create and send you a personalized program via google docs. This will include your exercise plan, diet guidelines, recipe books, daily step target, and water intake goals.

This will serve as your starting point

Throughout the week, I’ll check in with you via WhatsApp to make sure you’re comfortable with the program and to answer any questions promptly.

 

I’ll also make any necessary adjustments to ensure it continues to fit your lifestyle.

Every week, I’ll ask you to complete a 2 minute written check-in within your programme. You’ll reflect on your week in terms of diet, training, and social activities - celebrating what went well and identifying areas for improvement to keep you progressing.

I’ll then review your check-in and send you a video message via WhatsApp, going through your week in detail. I’ll outline the plan for the week ahead and make any necessary adjustments to fit around your work, social events, and family commitments.

Then, we simply keep moving forward until you reach your goals.
