Cancellation Policy
Cerith PT Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Cerith PT for your fitness and training needs. I am committed to providing you with exceptional service and support. To ensure efficient operation and availability for all clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. 48-Hour Cancellation Window: You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a session. 2. Full Charge for Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made within the 48-hour window will incur the full charge of the session, no refunds will be given. 3. No-Show Policy: You will be charged the full rate if you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refunds will be given. 4. Trainer Cancellations: If I must cancel a session, you will be notified immediately, and the session will be rescheduled without penalty within the current or following month. 5. Policy Agreement: You agree to adhere strictly to this cancellation policy by signing up for personal training sessions. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to this policy.
