I’ll help you nail your form, keep things safe, and make sure you’re actually hitting the muscles you think you’re targeting. No wonky reps, no awkward angles — just clear guidance and simple cues that make everything click.
Whether you want to be stronger, build muscle, improve mobility, or just want to feel more confident using the kit in the gym, I’ll walk you through each exercise so you know exactly what you’re doing.
With the combination of a program, you will learn how to train and eat correctly to get the body you want.
