When you sign up, I start by assessing your individual requirements, fitness level, and goals. Based on this, I create a tailored training program that is fully customized to help you achieve the results you're after. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, improve endurance, or any other goal, your plan will be structured to fit your needs.

Flexible Trainer Attended Sessions
Once your training program is in place, you’ll have the freedom to decide how many sessions you want me to attend. You can choose the level of support that works best for you:

One Session Per Month: A check-in session where I go over your exercises, check your form, and adjust your program as necessary.

One Session Per Week: Weekly sessions for more consistent guidance, motivation, and to push you further as you progress.

Full Support: You can opt to have me attend every session, leaving all the guesswork out of your training. I’ll be there to guide you through each workout, ensuring maximum efficiency and results.
Session Pricing
Sessions are charged at a flat rate per session. Whether you choose one session a month, weekly sessions, or full training support, you will only pay for the sessions you want me to attend.
