Online personal training is where you have me as your coach, over WhatsApp, where I will send and rotate your training and diet program when you need it.
Whether you have full gym access, train at home or at a hotel room, I've got you covered.
What you will receive:
Personalised Training Plan
Exercise selection, how many sets, reps, rest time, progression
Personalised Nutrition Plan
Calorie target, food choices (proteins, fats, and carbohydrates), supplements (vitamins and minerals), meal timing, portion sizes, and food choices tailored to individual health goals or conditions.
Weekly Friday Check-ins with me
going through your week, ensuring we continue to progress & break through plateaus
