My 9-week online challenge is designed as a foundation course to online coaching, to help you get on track to get fitter, stronger, and more energized, all from the comfort of your home.

Workouts

On a course we will be running 3 weekly 20 and 40 minute workouts. All done in your own time throughout the week. Taking out any unnseesary stress to fit them in around work, kids, etc. Replayed at anytime across the course, all you need is an internet connection. They’re suitable for all levels & provide a great base to help YOU get in shape.

Session 1 - Upper Body Strength & Lower Body Conditioning

Session 2 - Lower body Strength & Upper body Conditioning

Session 3 - Sweat Sesh - Full Body Conditioning

Custom Food & Activity Targets

As a member you will get your own tailored macro plan. It will have the calories & protein numbers I want you to consume, not only that but it comes with recipes & information to help give you a fast track of knowledge. We keep it simple but effective.

Whatsapp Coaching

Not only do I send weekly checkings with you, we do it via WhatsApp, right into your pocket, making it easy for you to stay on track.
