Face to Face Personal Training

If you want someone right there making sure you’re moving well and not guessing your way through a workout, in-person sessions are the way to go.

I’ll help you nail your form, keep things safe, and make sure you’re actually hitting the muscles you think you’re targeting. No wonky reps, no awkward angles — just clear guidance and simple cues that make everything click.

Whether you want to be stronger,  build muscle, improve mobility, or just wanting to feel more confident using the kit in the gym, I’ll walk you through each exercise so you know exactly what you’re doing.

Based in Cardiff and Carmarthen, these sessions keep things straightforward, effective, and built on good technique.

£50 per session
